Come and join Sam for outdoor 1-1 Personal Training and Small private group Functional Fitness inside the woods!
Open to all abilities making use of the woodland environment alongside body weight movements and functional fitness equipment like kettlebells and sandbags. The focus is on using functional movements and metabolic conditioning to build strength, flexibility and stamina.

Classes are taught by Sam Lewis co-owner of Underpine Woods. A lifelong fitness and martial arts enthusiast, with a real interest in CrossFit, functional training and lifelong fitness. Sam is a passionate teacher wanting to share his love of the training and create a community of like minded people in a beautiful woodland setting.
