Underpine Fitness – Tuesday Morning Session
1 hour fitness classes for all abilities making use of the woodland environment alongside body weight movements and functional fitness equipment like kettlebells and sandbags. The focus is on using functional movements and metabolic conditioning to build strength, flexibility and stamina.
£8 drop in, £25 per month for 1 class a week, £35 per month for 2 classes a week.
